Click the product's name, Choose the variation (Size and color) and answer the question of "Would you like to customized it?" once you select "Yes" you will have the choice to upload your design. It's preferred to leave us your WhatsApp phone number to confirm with you the final design before printing.

Once we receive your order and start processing the Art Work, we like to be in touch with you to approve it.

In case we don't have any contact with you, we will print your design as is.

We like to send stuff like mock up before printing the final design. Sometimes we suggest editing or adding some photos … and you have to approve it before we print it.

Once the final design was approved by the customer and printing process started, there is NO cancellation No refund nor editing. Any editing in the design will be applied to extra fee depending on which step we moved forward.

Don't forget to read the IMPORTANT INFO regarding the slight difference in the final product's color :

Once we take your approval, we start to print the order.

Once we started to print it, any editing or changing in the design may be titled to extra fee. NO cancelation NO refund allowed at this moment.

The order will be ready in 2 to 10 business days excluding Art Work time and shipping time, and depending on our stock and the order volume. This time frame could be different with orders 100 piece and more.
